The esthetics course of study consists of 1000 clock hours covering all aspects of esthetics work (skin care, make-up, spa treatments and waxing). The curriculum is mandated by the State of Georgia. The course is designed to prepare the student to pass the State Board of esthetician examination, and to help the student obtain the knowledge and skills needed for an entry level position in the beauty field. Passing the exam is a prerequisites to obtaining an Esthetics License. The License is a requirement to operate as an Esthetician in the state of Georgia.
Academy courses prepare students for a sophisticated, real-world salon environment. Students learn what is required by the State Board but also what is demanded in a real-world salon.
Graduates from this program receive a diploma with cap and gown after the course of program.

Esthetics covers all technical and practical subjects of Skin Care. Following the criteria set forth by the Georgia State Board of Esthetics. Our Curriculum Includes areas such as Manual, Chemical and Electrical Facials, Eyebrow Arching and Waxing, Make-up Theory and Application and Body Waxing in addition. Students will learn advanced Face and Body treatments such as Glycolic Peels, Collagen Masks, Body Wraps, and Bronzing Treatments.
